What We Buy from India
Everything below is bought direct from India mills. Grades, ageing and pack sizes are confirmed per lot before any quotation is issued.
Early-maturing basmati with strong elongation, the volume grade for catering and re-packing.

A basmati-style long grain, not a true basmati — we label it that way deliberately so buyers know exactly what they are quoting.
